The Perfect Chili Recipe (Pressure Cooker)

Thanks to The Pioneer Woman, I found a delicious and easy chili recipe! We changed a couple things, but I give full credit to her being the base of this recipe! Check out her recipe HERE!

Total: 1 hr 30 min

Servings: 6-8


2 lbs. ground beef

One 15-ounce can tomato sauce

One 15-ounce can diced roasted tomatoes

One can of diced green chilis

2 chopped cloves garlic

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground oregano

1 teaspoon salt

One 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

One 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed

1 diced jalapeño


Start by putting the ground beef in your pressure cooker with the garlic. Brown the beef and drain the excess fat. Pour in the tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt. Add in your diced roasted tomatoes, green chilis, kidney beans, pinto beans, diced jalapeño and 1/2 cup of water. Make sure your beans have been drained and rinsed. Stir together, cover and set your pressure cooker on high for one hour.

Serve with Shredded Cheddar and anything else that makes your heart happy. Tortilla chips, sour cream, limes, etc..
