Mac ‘n Chili (Pressure Cooker) | Blogmas Day 8

Happy Satuday and Blogmas Day 8! This was an amazing recipe that I will definitely be making for my future hubby. I know he’s gonna love it! I’m so grateful for my mom who’s an amazing cook, showing me and teaching me all of these amazing foods!!  



  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • 3 c. beef broth

  • 1 packet of chili seasoning

  • 1 (28-ounce) can fire roasted diced tomatoes with juice

  • 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce

  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

  • 1 can black beans; drained and rinsed


  • Brown the ground beef. Drain away the grease.

  • Stir in your beef broth, chili seasoning, diced tomatoes with juice, the tomato sauce and beans.

  • Sir in the uncooked pasta.

  • Cover and set pressure to high - cook at high for 6 minutes - quick pressure release.

  • When ready to serve, add cheese. Stir until melted.

  • Enjoy!
