Mac ‘n Chili (Pressure Cooker) | Blogmas Day 8
Happy Satuday and Blogmas Day 8! This was an amazing recipe that I will definitely be making for my future hubby. I know he’s gonna love it! I’m so grateful for my mom who’s an amazing cook, showing me and teaching me all of these amazing foods!!
1 pound lean ground beef
3 c. beef broth
1 packet of chili seasoning
1 (28-ounce) can fire roasted diced tomatoes with juice
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 can black beans; drained and rinsed
Brown the ground beef. Drain away the grease.
Stir in your beef broth, chili seasoning, diced tomatoes with juice, the tomato sauce and beans.
Sir in the uncooked pasta.
Cover and set pressure to high - cook at high for 6 minutes - quick pressure release.
When ready to serve, add cheese. Stir until melted.
