Happy Sunday ladies! I’m still recovering from the crazy hockey game last night, but the Avs won and we’re going to the playoffs!! Nick almost had to fight a blues player, but luckily it didn’t get to that point.

So stick to your size, but I personally like my shirts a little bigger so I can style them in different ways. Tips for surviving your week:
Tip 1: Stay hydrated!! I know this sounds silly, but seriously my body has been mad from this crazy weather! Cold then hot. Snow, rain, heat and then snow again. It’s confusing to my brain and body haha. Extreme cold, rain, and sun glares can cause chemical imbalances in your brain which causes migraines. So seriously, drink your friken water and stay on top of it!
Tip 2: Read more! Instead of going straight to Instagram in the morning, read a book, magazine, or online article. I’ve currently been reading The Newsette for my morning read. Go check it out HERE!
Tip 3: Get that booty to the gym and walk on the treadmill. If you don’t wanna go to the gym, go for a walk outside with your mom, bff, sister or significant other. Exercise makes you feel great, and with the weather getting nicer *knock on wood*, it’s the perfect time for outdoor adventures! ☀️
